Energy minister in Turkey to finalize MoU

Fattah, heading a high-ranking delegation, is in Ankara at the official invitation of Turkish Minister of Energy and Natural Resource Hilmi Guler.
During his last visit to Ankara, delegations of both sides exchanged information and held comprehensive and fruitful negotiations on cooperation in the fields of water and electricity, construction of dams and power plants, and other joint construction which led to some preliminary agreements.
According to the agreements, Iran is scheduled to construct gas power plants and build dams in Turkey and the contractor company is to export whole or part of electricity generated in Iran to Turkey.
Fattah is also scheduled to hold talks with Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyeb Erdogan.
