Iranian power plants are designed and manufactured according with the highest engineering principles as well as global Standards , Engineering Deputy of Iran Electricity Development Organization ,Mostafa Shabanian, said as Public Relations Bureau of EDO reports.

Mostafa shabanian said: localizing the industry was put in the agenda by the authorities after the Islamic revolution.

Shabanian added Iran technical and engineering ability in the filed of power plant manufacturing has significantly progressed.

"Implementing extra torch as well as chiller system named combined cycle power plant are the most valuable endeavors for optimizing power plans in Iran"; He was quoted as saying by Ministry of Energy correspondent.

Deputy of Iran Electricity Development Organization said: before the Islamic revolution, power plant industry in Iran as well as transmission lines and high voltage power stations were totally operated by foreign experts.

"Nowadays, Iranian contractors remarkably triumphed foreign tenders, he said.
