Managing Director of regional electric company in Khuzestan invited investors for the construction of new units of energy from renewable sources in the province.


According to MOE, "Masoud moein Pour," said: a move towards using renewable energy has the least minimum environmental pollution as well as having a dramatic effect on economic growth and sustainable development of each country.


He pointed to the province for the ability to use renewable energy and added in the field meeting with experts the possibility of using solar and wind power plants in the province has been prepaid , and some research in the field of producing solar cells with new technology also have been performed.

He predicted that in the near future the province will generate electricity from solar and wind resources to supply energy for different purposes..
He said: Therefore, the feasibility studies of wind potential in the region of Arvndknar, Abadan and Khorramshahr indicates that Khuzestan province has a very good capacity for the installation of wind turbines.
