Fattah's three-day visit to the Azerbaijan Republic is to discuss the issue of connecting and integrating of power transfer lines of Iran, Russia, and Azerbaijan.
Tehran-Baku bilateral cooperation as well as production and transfer of electricity will be among other major topics to be reviewed by the Iranian delegation and the Azeri officials.
In his visit the Iranian minister is to meet President Ilham Aliyev, Minister of Industry and Energy Natik Aliyev and several other high officials of the country on issues of mutual interest.
The Iranian delegation is also to visit several power plants in this country.
