In the meeting Syrian Minister of Housing and Rural Development and Minister of Energy of Iran stressed on expanding cooperation between the two countries.

Iranian Energy Minister ,Parviz Fattah, said that the relation between Iran and Syria is different from other states and added; Iran is experienced in the field of quality control of drinking water and waste water refineries in which the international institutes have good relations with the Islamic Republic of Iran .

Syrian Minister also called on the privileged relationship between the two states' leaders and nations and said; a committee will be organized in the near future for the follow-up of the agreements that were signed between Iran and Syria.

Syrian Minister, Hamud al-Hossain, expressed his willingness to have Iranian experience in the technology of biology, agricultural waste water treatment and construction of water and waste water refineries.

For getting to know Iranian experts' capabilities as well as expanding future cooperation a tour for Syrian delegation in water and waste water refineries and facilities in Tehran and other parts of Iran is anticipated.
